A quiet morning often starts with a simple task. The desk is tidy, the window is open a little, and the sound of the street drifts in from outside. Some people need a cup of coffee for this transition, others take a short walk or just a few minutes of silence. Anyone who works at a screen for long stretches eventually notices how different a day feels depending on how it begins. A text like this one has no other purpose than to be typed. It tells no story and needs no preparation. It only exists to measure your own typing speed over a fixed amount of time. Type as accurately as you can and do not let small mistakes throw you off. In the end, only the characters that land correctly within the time count. After one minute you will know more about your own pace than before.
